high achieving Enactus St. Mary’s Student who has used Pitch101 skills to help score jobs, shares her experience of going through the program and what the program has been able to do for her:

“Pitch101 delivered a session specifically tailored for Enactus Saint Mary’s students in the month of May 2016 just before leaving for our National Exposition, and it was amazing to see people applying these skills immediately while networking and interviewing. As an entrepreneurship program, pitching is key to advancing projects, businesses and ideas, so the information Pitch101 taught us was invaluable. The Pitch101 session helped directly shape the professional pitch deck we used to pitch a social enterprise to McCain Foods Inc.

Recently, during an interview I was required to pitch how my idea would improve the organization. After participating in Pitch101, pitching skills came very naturally to me and I was able to use the step-by-step process to ensure an effective pitch. I guess it was effective enough, since I got the position!”
